Screen-pop, click-to-call and a live queue for the back office

Architecture
Architecture: PBX, integration layer with REST, webhooks and SSE, back office
What it is
I built the integration of an Asterisk-based PBX with the operator's back office over its REST and webhook API: screen-pop on incoming calls, click-to-call, wrap-up cards, a live phone-queue board and admin seats for supervisors. Verified end to end against a simulator; it goes live when the vendor issues the API keys.
Highlights
- 124 automated tests; verified end to end in the browser
- Vendor evaluation (Twilio vs. incumbent) with a decision memo
