What it is

An identity-verification (KYC/KYB) portal wizard with nested beneficial-owner trees and versioned re-validation; invitation-only sign-up with two approvals; a Telegram bot that admits members only after they sign the agreements. On-chain: SEMEscrow (USDC escrow) and SEMPayment (KYC-gated payments) deployed to Avalanche mainnet, with an Odoo payment provider and an ethers.js checkout.
